Churma Chiropractic Center opened its doors in 1966 when, Dr. Stephen G. Churma started his practice in Monroeville, PA.

In his early 30’s, Dr. Stephen Churma made a decision to attend a Chiropractic College in Davenport, Iowa. The interest in Chiropractic care began when his wife Joan became very ill with acute low back, leg and abdominal pain. After taking his wife to multiple doctors her pain persisted with no medical improvement. Because of his pain he literally carried his wife into a Chiropractor’s office and she responded very well to the Chiropractic care, and her acute pain subsided.

After researching more on Chiropractic care, he packed up his wife and three childen and moved to Davenport, Iowa where he attended Palmer College of Chiropractic.

After many years growing up and seeing what his father and Chiroractic care can do for people, Dr. William C. Churma decided to follow in his father’s foot steps. He attended many colleges and joined the practice in 1983.

Since then, Dr. Stephen Churmas has retired and Dr. William Churma maintains his practice at the same location, 2137 Mosside Blvd., Monroeville PA 15146.
